Fast, tracked New Zealand delivery

LoveMy Makeup is an online-only New Zealand makeup store and orders are dispatched from our NZ warehouse. Our current standard shipping offer is $5.80 flat-rate shipping within New Zealand.

Tracking

We use tracked courier services. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, we will email the tracking details to the email address used at checkout.

Delivery time

Most New Zealand parcels are delivered within a few business days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier network conditions. Courier delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, especially during busy periods or when there are network disruptions.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as quickly as possible. Once a parcel has entered the courier network, changes may no longer be possible.
